    What internal logistics are required to conduct the onsite training?

    I would like to hire onsite training, lecture or workshop from Ana Hengist. What should I do?

  • Onsite training sessions can be hired individually or included on a monthly/annual service contract for your company.

  • No, there isn’t. However, some of the topics require smaller groups so participants can get better attention. The size of the room should also be considered, since group interaction is encouraged in most sessions. For groups above 30 people, the theme can be presented in a lecture format, without direct interaction among participants.

  • Not all topics are developed using a visual presentation. Instead, they may follow a script of interaction and dynamism of the participants.

    Anyhow, despite following a line of knowledge and defined methodologies, all materials are tailored to each group, considering factors such as tailored to the target audience according to their business segment, hours available for training, facilities and number of participants per class. In this case, the presentation may be sent to the client before running an already hired training session

  • Yes. In these cases, we can establish together a priority group and prepare them as multipliers for one or more themes. In addition to The Multiplier Workshop, we also offer the Follow Up AH+, a post-training service that helps your company track the content received and the actions from the multipliers.

  • To conduct onsite training or lecture, the client must:

    • Invite the participants and make sure that they are present at the agreed time and place
    • Provide adequate space for the number of participants (for training and workshops, the chairs should be organized in a semicircle format), with good lighting and sufficient ventilation
    • Provide means for projection of images and sound
    • Provide coffee and water in the room. Snack service is optional but highly recommended especially for meetings that last over 3 hours, when there is usually a brief intermission.
    • Take pictures of the session (and also share them with me, of course!)
